Kai's House

Welcome to Kai's house. We have lived in these tight quarters for the past decade, and now have opportunity to build our home as intended long ago.

Our plans include a 846 sf addition / face-lift to a 926 sf single story, 1950's bungalo located in an unincorporated area of Santa Cruz between the Point and Capitola Village. We are excited about the contemporary design the folks at Studio S Squared have developed for us. They truly have been instrumental in us putting our vision to plan. We hope to submit for permit in mid June 2009
