Welcome to kiaishouse.com! We have endured these tight quarters for the past decade, and now are in the process of doing what we had intended long ago.

Our plans include a 846 sf addition / face-lift to a 926 sf single story, 1950's bungalow located in Santa Cruz between Pleasure Point and Capitola Village. We are excited to see the contemporary design the folks at Studio S Squared have designed come to life and look forward to no longer being homeless.

PROJECT STATUS (Permit # 00152622)

On 9-30-09 we finished sparing with the County and finally got our hands on a permit.

NOTE TO ALL CONTRACTORS - Checks written personally will get a 1099.
